Food to a Science
You have heard all of the sayings, "You get out what you put in"... "Food is Medicine"... "Eat for Fuel" and it is all true. No matter how you say it, what you eat will either add to your issues or be a part of resolving them. Each bite a choice. It's not easy. We have cravings. We feel overwhelmed.
